New colour clients need a consultation before their first appointment. Select “Colour consultation” in the online booking menu. The £20 consultation fee is deducted from your colour appointment.
A patch test is required at least 48 hours before all colour services. Please allow time for this when planning your visit.

Not necessarily. Dark hair can go blonde with the right technique and products, and I’ve done it in one appointment for clients before. Every head of hair is different, so some people need more than one visit. I’ll tell you honestly what’s possible at your consultation.
Lightening always changes the hair, but with the right products, technique and aftercare, it can stay healthy and shiny. I use Wella Blondor Plex, which is designed to help protect the hair while it’s lightened. We’ll consider your hair’s condition before deciding on a plan.
It depends on your starting colour, hair length and the look you want. I’ll give you a time estimate at your consultation. Sometimes it’s a journey over a few appointments.
It depends on the style. A lived-in blonde or grey blend can grow out softly and may need appointments less often than a bright all-over blonde. We’ll agree a plan that suits your lifestyle and budget.
